Insured delivery
Verón watch orders include complimentary insured delivery within the supported United States delivery area. A signature is required, and delivery to P.O. boxes is unavailable.
Tracking is sent after final preparation. The checkout estimate is normally three to seven business days after dispatch; exceptional verification, preparation or carrier delays may extend this timing.
Order preparation
Each watch is reviewed and its edition number is assigned before dispatch. An optional wrist measurement may be provided at checkout, but final bracelet adjustment by a local watch specialist may still be required.
Contact Concierge immediately if the delivery address needs correction. An address cannot always be changed after dispatch.
Fourteen-day returns
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after recorded delivery. The watch must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged and complete with all links, packaging, documents and accessories.
Contact Concierge before sending anything. Approved returns must use the provided insured method. Original or return shipping costs may be deducted where permitted unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Non-returnable conditions
A return may be declined for wear, scratches, bracelet alteration, missing links or packaging, impact or water damage, misuse, unauthorized service or a request made outside the return period.
This policy does not restrict remedies required by applicable law for defective or misdescribed goods.
Damage or incorrect delivery
Report visible shipping damage, a missing item or an incorrect watch within seven days of delivery. Include the order number, packaging photographs and clear images of the issue.
Keep all shipping materials until Concierge confirms the next step.
Refunds and cancellations
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing time may vary.
A cancellation request is not guaranteed after payment because preparation may begin immediately. If Verón cannot fulfill an order, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
